The flats of type 2 and 3 are on one level or with a bedroom on the upper floor.
The flats of type 4 have 2 bedrooms on the same level and 1 bedroom on the upper floor.
The flats of type 5 have either 3 bedrooms on the same level (access for wheelchairs) and 1 bedroom on the upper floor, or 2 bedrooms on the same level and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor .
The flats of type 6 have 2 bedrooms on the same floor and 3 bedrooms on the upper floor.
