The flats can be booked from Saturdays 6.00 pm to Saturdays 10.00 am.

Reservation : your booking will be registered upon receipt of your reservationform that will be sent to you on demand and after receipt of your prepayment (30 % of the total amount).In addition to this a day tax will be due at your arrival.

Payment : The balance amount will have to be paid for one month in advance.All the charges for gas, water and electricity are included.
In case of belated arrivalor earlier departure no reduction can be granted. The reservation become definitive in the balance of arrivals. . The following means of payment are accepted : cash, checks, holiday vouchures.

Terms of renting : 160,00 euros will be due at your arrival and will berestituted on the day of your departure if the state of the flat is satisfactory.
In case of any damage or missing dishes the corresponding amount for repairor replacement will be deducted from this summ.

Cancellation : any cancellation must be stipulated in written form latest 60 days before the beginning date of your stay.
Only in this case the prepaymentcan be restituted.
Any delay ,longer than 24 hours, which has not been advised will leadto the automatic cancellation of the reservation. The received prepayment willnot be restituted as compensation for the costs.
